We are a husband-and-wife team, Larry & Tammy Hough, and the heart behind HuffsStuff.
Our journey began over 18 years ago when Larry built my very first custom birdhouse condo—crafted from redwood with charming heart-shaped openings. That birdhouse still stands strong today, beautifully aged with time and just as solid as the day it was made. That one piece sparked something special, and it grew into what we proudly share today.
Larry is the builder, and I am the designer—and together, we make a great team.
Today, we create custom redwood birdhouses and nesting boxes designed for bird lovers who appreciate quality and craftsmanship. Over the years, we’ve built nesting boxes for woodpeckers, pigeons, and even custom bat houses. Our Story Continues
Our tie-dye journey also began about 18 years ago when I was introduced to the craft by a dear friend, Joy. What started as a fun experience quickly became a passion that has grown over the years.
We’ve hosted tie-dye parties, worked with classrooms, and shared the joy of creativity with kids—helping them create their own designs. It has truly been a rewarding journey.
Now that Larry has retired, he’s joined me in expanding our creative work into tie-dye as well. We’re excited to continue learning and growing as we bring our products to more people.
