Returns:

• We accept returns within 14–30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

• The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized tie-dye items

• Used fishing tackle

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchanges.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
